Remortgages

If your fixed rate is ending soon, you may be able to save money with a remortgage. Other UK lenders are fighting for your business and there are lots of tasty remortgage deals out there, so why not let us show you how much you may be able to save?

A remortgage - simply switching lender or finding a better deal with your existing lender - could significantly cut your monthly outgoings. Call our office to arrange a consultation with a mortgage adviser.

Remortgages can be obtained for any legal purpose, such as;

  • Home Improvements
  • Consolidation of debts
  • As a deposit for another property, such as a buy-to-let
  • To help a son or daughter buy their first home

If you are in business and wish to boost your business finances, particularly in the current climate, we may be able to help you find a business loan, where the bank may wish to take a charge on your house. This is similar to a remortgage for any other purpose, as you still increase your mortgage, thus reducing your equity in the property.

Rest assured that we will assist you in the right direction and choose the best mortgage rate available to suit your current circumstances.

THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE SECURING OTHER DEBTS AGAINST YOUR HOME. YOU MAY BE REPOSSESSED IF YOU DO NOT KEEP UP REPAYMENTS ON A MORTGAGE OR ANY DEBT SECURED ON IT. You may have to pay an early repayment charge to your existing lender if you remortgage. The actual rate available will depend upon your individual circumstances. Ask for a personalised illustration. THE OVERALL COST FOR COMPARISON IS 6.8% APR. Consolidating debt over a longer term could increase the total amount payable. A fee of up to 1% of the mortgage amount may be charged depending on individual circumstances. This fee can be added to the loan if required. A typical fee is 199. A mortgage may not be available in all cases.
